Fill a Luer lock or slip-fit syring with sterile saline or other desired irratation solution |

Attach the Saf-Shield firmly to the tip of the syring with a slight twisting mostion |

Place the shield over the wound, keeping the rim lightly touching the patient's skin at all times. Do not press shield down on wound |
